We’re honoured to see Ca’ Negra featured in Raum und Wohnen @raum_und_wohnen, the Swiss magazine dedicated to thoughtful architecture and interior design. Our desire has always been to create a space shaped by intentional design, nature, and a slower way of living: a place that feels warm, inviting, and authentic.  Thank you for supporting this vision and for letting Do-Minus become part of your slow journeys. We’re grateful to be featured in the pages of a magazine that inspires us so much.  You can find the full article in the Winter 25/26 issue of Raum und Wohnen. As the days grow shorter and the temperatures begin to drop, we find ourselves appreciating the little things a bit more. A good book, evening by the fireplace, a meal shared around the table or a sauna after a day outdoors. A few autumn moments and favourite corners from our four homes in Ticino. 🍂 by @dominus_concept
The art of noticing. ✨ A closer look at Ca’ Spontoi, where architectural details, natural textures and considered interiors come together to give the house its distinctive character. From carefully selected vintage design pieces to thoughtfully chosen materials and finishes, it’s the little details that make this house special. by @dominus_concept
Autumn light at Ca’ Pölète ✨ Located in the historic centre of Monte Carasso, Ca’ Pölète combines contemporary design with warm materials and inviting interiors. Accommodating up to six guests, the house features generous shared spaces, a private spa and an outdoor patio. moments from our fabulous stay at Ca’Negra by @dominus_concept ⛰️ peaceful and recharging 💆🏼‍♀️🌲 by @dominus_concept
Summer tends to linger a little longer south of the Alps. September brings warm, sunny days and cooler mornings, an ideal time to explore the mountains, walk through the forests and spend long afternoons outdoors. Around Ca’ Pedrot and Ca’ Negra, the landscape and its colours slowly begin to change. As summer gives way to autumn, this might just be one of the best times of year to experience Ticino. by @dominus_concept
Do-Minus supports culture: Babel Literary Festival | 16–20 September 2026 🎙️ We are happy to continue our collaboration with @babelfest and @radiogwen, with our vintage mobile home returning as the festival hub for live radio and conversations. For its 21st edition, Babel explores the theme “Lingue per mondi possibili”, asking how the languages we speak influence the way we think and imagine the world around us. From 16–20 September, writers, translators, artists and, for the first time, scientists will come together in Bellinzona to explore different worlds and possibilities through language. Our mobile home will once again become Radio Gwen’s home throughout the festival, welcoming participants, guests and listeners. See you in Bellinzona! At Do-Minus, nature is always part of the experience. Beyond the stone walls of Ca’ Spontoi, waterfalls and natural pools offer a different rhythm to summer. At Ca’ Pölète, Mornera is just a cable car ride away, while the river of Monte Carasso offers a refreshing escape on warmer days. Ca’ Pedrot and Ca’ Negra offer full immersion in the mountains, surrounded by cooler air, forests and alpine landscapes. And aboard Barca Winga, wake up on Lake Maggiore and begin the morning with a swim. Different landscapes. Different experiences. One philosophy of slowing down.
