What God started, He finished.

BMT stretched me in ways I never could’ve prepared for. My faith was tested daily. Not just in the hard moments, but in the responsibility I was trusted with.

Being chosen as Flight Chief carried the heaviest weight I’ve ever held. Leading others, making decisions under pressure, carrying accountability for more than just myself… there were moments I felt overwhelmed, inadequate and completely drained. Moments where I questioned if I was strong enough or equipped enough for what God placed on my shoulders.

But every single time, He reminded me that I was never leading alone. That He doesn’t call us to comfort but to obedience. BMT broke me down and rebuilt me with a deeper dependence on God than I’ve ever had before and for that I will forever be grateful for this moment in my life.

On to the next chapter ✈️💙

Turns out finding yourself can look a lot like getting lost first🌺

If there’s one thing this season taught me, it’s that God will never call you somewhere without giving you what you need to make it through.

4 months ago I walked into tech school knowing almost nothing about photography, videography or visual storytelling and today I’m walking away with lifelong friendships, a career I love and a whole lot to be grateful for. 🥹

Thank you to everyone who was a part of this journey. I’ll never forget it.

I can’t believe this moment is finally here. After months of preparation, prayer, sacrifice, tears, discipline and so many late-night conversations with God… today is the day I officially begin the next chapter of my life. Tomorrow I ship out for Basic Military Training.

This has been one of the hardest, most stretching seasons I’ve ever walked through, but also one of the most rewarding. I’ve fought through self-doubt, setbacks, frustration and moments where I wasn’t sure if I could really do this. But I kept going. I showed up on the days I wanted to quit. I trusted God when I didn’t see the full picture. And He carried me through every step.

I’m proud of the woman I’ve become in this process. I’m proud of the growth, the maturity, the discipline and the way I’ve learned to lean on God more than ever before. This journey has shaped me, humbled me, and prepared me in ways I didn’t even know I needed.

To every single person who has supported me, prayed for me, encouraged me, checked on me, helped me pack, donated, celebrated with me, came to my going-away party, sent messages, or simply reminded me that I was capable… thank you. Truly. Your love has meant more than you’ll ever know. I did not make it to this point alone. God placed the right people in my life at the right time and I’ll forever be grateful.

I’m stepping into this next chapter with so much gratitude, peace and expectation for what God is about to do. I know He’s with me. I know He’s gone before me. And I know that when I come back, I won’t be the same person. I’ll be stronger, wiser and exactly who I’m meant to be.

So here’s to new beginnings… and to becoming an Airman.
