With centuries of history behind it, the hanbok is still part of Korean culture today. Seeing people wearing it while wandering through the old palaces was such a beautiful sight 🩵

My favorite kind of silence is the one the rain leaves behind.

I spent a long time wondering what the perfect photos for my very first post should be.

Then I realized I didn’t have to search for perfection, I just had to look around.

So here are a few moments that capture the feeling of an ordinary summer day in the beautiful city I call home, Vienna.

I’m Dom. Welcome to my little corner of the world. 💛 taken in Vienna, Austria by @domsframeofmind

Today is my 10000 day alive on earth. I decided to celebrate in a very special way: by start living my dreams. Plan the holiday, take the flight, try something new, enjoy the present. If not now, when?

Last September, I went back to Ireland.

I lived there for two years while studying, and somehow, so much of that life still feels like a part of me. I miss the trad music sessions, the culture, the little traditions, and most of all, the people I met there, friends I know I’ll have for life.

There’s something strange about going back to a different chapter of your life. Streets that were once unfamiliar slowly became places I knew by heart, and now, walking through them again, they feel nostalgic.

I miss the freezing dips in the ocean, the evenings filled with music, and all those little moments that I didn’t know I would one day miss so much.

I can’t say I miss the rain, although ironically, I got nothing but sunshine while I was there.

‘Till we meet again, my beloved Ireland. 💚

Imagine this: you live right by the beach, you wake up at 5:30am just in time to watch the sunrise. Everything around you is quiet, you stare at the horizon, it’s just you and the sea, you’re happy and you know it. 🌊🤍

Ever since I was little, I’ve found myself looking up at the sky, searching for the moon.

There’s something extremely fascinating about it, the mystery of something so distant, yet somehow always able to make us look up and wonder 🌙

There’s something bittersweet about saying goodbye to the sea at the end of summer.

When you no longer live by it, you become aware of all the little lasts: the last swim, the last sunset, the last time you look out at the horizon.

This year, I woke up at dawn and went to the beach for one last dip while everything was still quiet.

Until next year. ✨
