Circa 1985. Our OG farmer and Boss man, Jim Donald, his dad, and younger brothers on the farm back in the day! Grandpa Donald left the farm to his three sons Jim, David, and Steve, who all grew up working together. Steve passed away a few year ago and is in heaven with Jesus, but we miss him greatly! David is still farming but chose a smarter livestock that wouldn’t jump the fence, and is running @thepatchwoodland just up the road on the farm! Jim’s now running the beef side of the business with his son’s Adam and Seth and still loves the work but mostly loves working with his sons.

Donald farms is excited to welcome Adam and Macy to the crew! Adam worked on the farm from ages 10-19, working alongside his dad and brothers, driving tractors and farm equipment from a young age! He recently transitioned from doing custom home renovations for the last three years and is excited to return to the family business with vision and enthusiasm for the future!
He and his lovely wife Macy got engaged in spring last year and said “I do” on September 24th, 2022! We had a grand celebration with family and friends, as we couldn’t be more stoked to add Macy to the pack as Adams' better half. Macy’s love of the outdoors since a young age, made the farm life a dream come true! Before joining Donald Farms Macy worked as a paraeducator for 3 years, and enjoys pottery and is an incredibly talented artist! They are thrilled to be starting this farm life adventure together, in their tiny house on the farm, and are blessed to be building on the four-generations of hard work and commitment!

We’re making great progress on the pool house! It was shockingly sad when the old one burned down, but the anticipation for the new is growing as we get so much closer to rebuilding something even better for the next generation to make new memories!
