I had the honor of working with Captain Jim Lovell as his makeup groomer for a tv science series throughout 1998, an experience in my career I’m truly grateful for. Captain Lovell, NASA legend and hero, was gracious, sharp witted and humble. He left a lasting impression, not just through his accomplishments, but how he carried himself.
