When the vision becomes reality. ✨

That moment when Sarah & Alex walked in and saw everything for the first time — the flowers, the tables, every little detail we had imagined and planned together for months.

Their faces say it all.

But moments like this never happen because of one person. Behind a beautiful wedding there is an incredible amount of work, coordination, trust, and most importantly, teamwork.

Every vendor brings their talent, their experience and their own piece of the vision. My job is to bring all those pieces together, making sure they speak the same language and become exactly what we imagined for the couple.

And then comes this moment: they walk in, they smile, and suddenly all the planning becomes real.

The space inspection.

The ceremony taking shape.

Because a wedding is never just about a beautiful setup.
It’s about timing, coordination, decisions, problem solving and hundreds of details that need to come together at exactly the right moment.

And this backstage is only one small part of the entire project behind Nicoletta & Ian’s wedding.

One of the things I love most about my job is seeing different cultures come together.

India, Ireland and Italy... three beautiful cultures meeting in one unforgettable place.

Janaan & Chris welcomed their family and friends with a relaxed afternoon in a beautiful masseria in Puglia, which slowly turned into the most magical sunset. It was the perfect way to begin an incredible wedding weekend—filled with laughter, conversations, great food and the excitement of everything that was still to come.

This is the beauty of destination weddings: bringing people from all over the world together and making everyone feel at home.

Behind every beautiful wedding, there's a team making hundreds of decisions that no one will ever notice. And that's exactly how it should be.

June at Faro Punta Imperatore means intense heat, strong sea winds, tight timings, suppliers working in perfect sync, and constant attention to every detail.

When everyone knows their role and communication flows naturally, even the most challenging logistics become invisible to the couple and their guests.

This is what wedding coordination looks like behind the scenes.

Chelsie & Mark chose one of the most unique wedding venues in Southern Italy: the Lighthouse of Ischia.

With 45 guests, a sunset ceremony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, live music, an Italian-style aperitivo, and dinner under the stars, their wedding perfectly captured the beauty of a destination celebration on the island.

Planning weddings in extraordinary locations is always rewarding, but venues like Faro Punta Imperatore make every moment even more special.

A special thank you to Chelsie and Mark for placing their trust in me throughout this journey. It was a pleasure helping bring your vision to life and seeing your family and friends enjoy such a beautiful celebration together.
