This looked a lot more difficult from below than the Jeepster made it look! But it sure was fun driving it! These @kendatires really found their groove this week! #commandocorner is no joke. Especially so for an old Jeep on 33” tires and not much lift. We were dragging, scraping, smashing, & bashing all the way down it felt like. But thanks to some excellent spotting by @blurple800b everybody in our group got thru without any damage! Thank you Alex! And @vernal.rock.rally ! Such a fun trail. Am in honored that they named it after my Jeep before we even succeeded at it! 😂 Many in the group joked about soiling their underwear. Going topless in the rain! It’s pretty fun! Just after I stopped the camera a cute young girl in a Tesla drove by all smiles and gave me a thumbs up. 👍😂. Other people just looked at me like I’m crazy or dumb. That’s fine with me. I’m enjoying myself. We eventually got me out! Had to daisy chain 2 Jeeps to do it though. Diff out, bellied out, and talented out. 😂 I hit it as hard as I could. But the wet, heavy & deep Spring snow swallowed me up! We didn’t expect to see any snow with as little as we got last winter. I almost didn’t bring recovery gear. Glad I did! And thankful for friends! This thing crawls pretty dang good! Never really lost traction. But I did smack my wimpy skid plate pretty good and don’t want to beat it up anymore before the @vernal.rock.rally I think I solved the flooding problem. Adjusted the float down at least 1/4”!
