Growing up on Whidbey Island (high school years), I was pleasantly surprised to see that The Inn at Langley was bringing in a great Chef to run the restaurant there. Definitely exceeded expectations. Today is #CougsGive – WSU’s annual day of giving. Thanks to all of you who donated to the Cougstarter campaign last month!

Cable 8 still needs our help. We’re about halfway to our goal of raising “40 for 40” - $40K for the 40th anniversary of Cable 8.

Nicole and I, along with fellow Coug, Doneen Arquines, have set up a couple of funding challenges to help give Cable 8 the boost they need. Every donation will either be matched or help unlock a higher level of funding for Cable 8!

Happy Top Chef premiere day! I know technically it was last week on Peacock, but today we premiere on Bravo! And tune in tomorrow on Peacock for a version with some BTS 😉 the first video is from our first crew meeting of the season. We were excited to get started and now we’re excited for you to finally see it all! Including the private dining room we squeezed our video village into, our new director @annamminc who took on the challenge that is Top Chef and Biscuit getting some love around the office. Hey @scaretacticsofficial friends! I am asking for your support! You may not know this, but the launch and success of Scare Tactics is due in large part to dozens of people who graduated from Washington State University ( #GoCougs ). While at WSU, I and many of the Scare Tactics writers, producers, and crew got our start working on shows for Cable 8 - the student-run television station.   

And now, the Cable 8 students at WSU Murrow College of Communication need our help! They are in desperate need of new equipment to make the shows that are a HUGE part of their education.

In honor of the 40th anniversary of Cable 8 this year, we’re trying to raise “40 for 40”: $40K for the 40th anniversary. The good news is, we’ve got an alumni group that is going to match the first $40K given, so if you can give, your contribution will be doubled!

Great evening with great food from @cheftristenepps at the @beardfoundation 👏 one of the most asked questions is do I get to eat the food on the show? And the answer is not really. I’ve had dishes here and there but it’s very rare. So it was great to have a full meal from our most recent winner, with the assist of @lana_cooks @chefhenrylu and @chefanthonyj 💕 #topchef by @doneen123
