See that look?
That’s not exhaustion. That’s not focus. That’s the moment when your body’s screaming «STOP» but your brain has already gone quiet.
Somewhere around mile 12, there’s this zone of silence. All your ambitions vanish. Your fears. Your evening plans. Your to-do lists. Gone.
It’s just you and the road.
No filters. No masks.
In this zone, you can’t fake it. Can’t play «successful» or «happy.» Your body doesn’t lie. Your breath doesn’t lie. The miles don’t lie.
Running is the only social network where everything’s real. Every breath. Every step. Every thought of «that’s enough» and every «just a little more.»
You know what’s wild?
Right there, when you’re completely emptied out – that’s when you finally get filled up. With yourself. The real you.
🎵 «Looking to the sky to save me, looking for a sign of life» – ran to Foo Fighters today. Turns out the song isn’t about the sky. It’s about finding that sign of life inside yourself.
Thanks to everyone who ran alongside me and everyone who cheered and inspired. taken in Труханів Острів by @donets

# 🏃‍♂️ UNBROKEN: 13.1 MILES FOR UKRAINE 🇺🇦

Just crossed the finish line at the Kyiv Unbroken Half Marathon 2025! My legs are tired but my heart is FULL. 💙💛

But this wasn’t just any race. With every step, we ran for something bigger than ourselves. 50% of all proceeds go directly to the «Hospitallers» Medical Battalion supporting Ukraine’s defenders.

Kyiv stands strong. Ukraine remains unbroken. And I’m so honored to have been a small part of this powerful event.

✨ “When I run, I forget my problems. I don’t think about what’s happening in life. I just run.” – Haruki Murakami.

2024 flew by like a marathon: full of wins, challenges, and those moments when you just wanted to quit. But sports weren’t just about pushing limits—they became our escape, our therapy, our reset. 🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

This year reminded us that movement is where we find clarity, break free from the chaos, and discover ourselves. Every mile, every jump, every goal—it’s all about becoming better, step by step.

Here’s to 2025—a fresh start where it’s not just about the finish line but the joy of the journey. 💫

Someone told me long ago
There’s a #calm before the storm
I know
It’s been comin’ for some time
When it’s over, so they say
It’ll #rain a #sunnyday
I know
Shinin’ down like #water
I want to know, have you ever seen the rain?
I want to know, have you ever seen the rain
Comin’ down on a sunny day?
