Your body. Your baby. Your birth. Your decision. 🫵🏾💜✨

This World Doula Week, we’re honoring the power of informed, supported, and intentional choices—because you deserve to feel confident every step of your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

If decisions feel overwhelming, remember to use your B.R.A.I.N.
✨ B — Benefits
✨ R — Risks
✨ A — Alternatives
✨ I — Intuition
✨ N — Nothing

There are very few moments in birth that require an immediate answer. Take a breath. Ask questions. Lean on your village—including your doula to guide, not decide, with you.

Because informed choices lead to empowered births. ✨

Granibe’s Golden Child! I’m so proud of my big boy! He just started kindergarten! No more Pre K. He’ll be 6 in December but at 5 years old, he is taking jogs with his Baba and doing 25 pushups every morning ❤️💛🤎 Sage is EVERYTHING ✨ by @donibe
