We are so excited to be welcoming DK Byrds ceramics to our space for the next two months!

DK Byrd’s In My Garden explores how love blooms forever within us and explores the depth of love of childhood, creativity and memories permanently immortalised in clay. Using several different natural clay slips painted onto one slab panel of clay, DK captivates you in their ceramic flower garden filled with not scents but lushness of texture and colour naturally from the clays used. Inspired by their akso:d (grandmother) framing Georgia O’Keefe’s flowers, printed magazine and books, throughout the walls of one of the many houses they lived in as a child, DK takes you on a journey of the plants they remembered from childhood and the messengers when they visited knowing loved ones are still there to be seen and felt daily, like they did as a child.

Come stop by and say hello to DK at our November First Friday 3-9 this week, or stop by the winery this winter to take in the magic of their garden. @byrd.ceramics by @donkeyandgoat

We can’t wait to celebrate First Friday with you!!! Wine block open from 3-9 with tons of delicious Bay Area eats and fantastic music! We will also be showing the Valkyries game @6 🏀🥂🕺 by @donkeyandgoat

These past couple months have been filled with our team members birthdays!!! Happy Birthday to all of them, including our og winery dog Mr Baily🕺🥂🎂 by @donkeyandgoat

New Artist of the month!!! Jasminpired!!! She will be popping up this First Friday 3-9pm and we will have her art in the Tasting Room all October long!!! My name is Jasmine (she/her), and I make resin flower jewelry inspired by Northern California blooms. I use real flowers that I either grow or forage from other Bay Area gardens, then press and dry them before preserving them in resin. My small business, JasmInspired is based in Oakland, where I handcraft a variety of necklaces, earrings, pins, hair clips, and bolo ties. Each piece is unique and made with care and intention, and I like to think about the meaning and symbolism behind the flowers I use :) At heart, I’m a flower child, turning petals into tiny talismans so you can carry a bit of Northern California magic wherever you go by @donkeyandgoat

We had so much fun @eden.winegarden such an incredible event. Thanks so much to the hosts and all the vendors and people that came out! by @donkeyandgoat
