Unpacking new treasures at the shop today and couldn’t keep it to myself! If these are some of the things that you’re into, you’re gonna feel right at home here! 👌🏼

My baby Sista stopped in with a friend to shop for a little seasonal decor. 🧡🤎💛
DD isn’t your average home store!
I love mixing things up at the shop just like I do at home.. mostly second hand finds with a bit of new, vintage and antique mixed together with a touch of quirkiness. You don’t want your home to look like everyone else’s right? Come pay us a visit!

(P.S. My sister’s seven years younger than me and was my living doll when she was born. I loved her so much I named my first daughter Sharon after her! 😁💗)

I’m not ready.
Not ready to bring all these plants in the house.
Not ready to give up porch sitting till spring.
I adore fall.
But this spot is something special.
It’s a mismatched collection of pieces and parts mixed with the 50+ babies we’ve watched grow and change all season.
It’s sitting side by each and chitchatting.
Dinners from the grill on a thrifted table.
Waving hello to neighbors.
Playlists with memories
Bird watching
Happy Hours
We’ll sit inside by the fire
But I’ll still miss porch sitting

Your decor doesn’t have to look like everyone else’s.
Seasonal decor can look so generic. Right?
At DD find pieces that give you a more storied and collected look.
What’s catching your eye?

It’s officially fall and we had visitors in the shop. 🎃👻
They were filming a reel to promote some cool businesses up and down Main (including us) ☺️🧡.
Have you checked any out lately?
@downtownmanchesterct
So many novel Independant small businesses to support!
P.S. We’re loving our new location right on the street! 🙌🏻🚗🚶🏻☀️🚶‍♀️🚙💚

Trying something new to bring in fallishness. 💙🤍🧡
I’m not a minimalist. Obviously.
I started redoing the center display and it morphed into moving and adding pieces all over the place! And we haven’t been in here 3 weeks yet!
Come see what’s new before it’s gone!
The majority is one of a kind.
⭐️IMPORTANT⭐️
⭐️This Mom and Pop Shop will be CLOSED THURSDAY + FRIDAY!⭐️
We have a family event to attend.
ALSO we need to open about an hour late Saturday.
Ughhh 😣 not ideal but there’s no way around it.
So sorry for anyone planning to come in then.
Oh..but TELL ME.. how do you like this different color palette for fall? 🍁💙🍂

Shopping for reclaimed home decor is more fun than going to Homegoods.
There. I said it. And I mean it!
And believe me I love a good Homegoods run.
Break outta the box, poke around and find a unique treasure at Donna Downtown. 💚
