Two-legged cuddles 🥰❤️🥰

The sweetest view. ❤️ Standing tall on two paws just to be closer to me. It only lasts for a moment, but it’s the best part of my day.

🖤 Some hearts never truly say goodbye… they just make room for new love. 🐾✨

Two years ago, we said goodbye to our beautiful Pip after 12.5 wonderful years together. 💔🌈 She left behind a lifetime of memories, endless love, and pawprints on our hearts that will stay there forever.

And then came Donna… 🐶🖤

We named Donna after Pip’s mum. ❤️🐾 A little tribute to the family connection that makes her name even more special to us. 🖤✨

Our beautiful, cheeky, toy-obsessed little shadow who fills our days with laughter, our home with love, and our hands with slobbery toys she insists we throw just one more time. 😂🎾

Sometimes I wonder if Pip sent Donna to us, knowing we still had so much love left to give. ❤️ Maybe she even gave her a few tips from above… although I’m pretty sure the “never leave your humans alone for five minutes” and “always demand attention” lessons came naturally to Donna! 😂🐾

Pip will always be our first girl, forever loved and never forgotten. 🌈❤️ And Donna is our beautiful reminder that even after heartbreak, life can surprise you with a whole new kind of happiness.

Different paws, different personality, but the same incredible Flatcoated Retriever magic. 🖤✨

Pip will always have a piece of our hearts in heaven, while Donna keeps the rest of us very busy down here. 😂🐾❤️

Do you believe our angel dogs sometimes send us the one we need most? 🌈🐶❤️

You know you’re a dog owner when… 🥹🐾❤️

Your personal space becomes their personal space.
You can’t go anywhere without a little shadow following you.
And somehow, even after a whole day together, they still act like they’ve missed you for 10 years. 😂🤎

But honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way. 🥰

Life is just a little softer, a little sillier, and a whole lot better with a Flatcoated retriever ❤️🥰❤️

🐾 BIG GIRL TRAINING! 🎓🧡

Almost 1 year old and still learning every day! 🐶✨

Today’s challenge? Practising “COME” outdoors, with all those exciting distractions around me! 🍂🌿🌬️

Because let’s be honest… when you’re a Flatcoated Retriever, the world is just one big adventure! 🤩 Sniffing, exploring and saying hello to everyone is SO much more fun than listening to Mum! 😂🙈

But little by little, we’re getting there! 💪🐾
Training, patience, lots of praise and a few treats go a long way! 🦴❤️

Tell me… does your dog come running when you call, or suddenly develop selective hearing? 😂👇

🖤🐾 Those eyes… that face… that love! 🐾🖤

How can you possibly resist this sweet face? 🥹🐶💕

Our beautiful Donna, with her little paws tucked under her chin and those irresistible puppy eyes, reminding us that the best moments in life are often the simplest ones. 🛋️✨

A cosy spot on the sofa, a little cuddle, and being close to her favourite humans… that’s all this girl needs to be happy. 🖤🐾

And honestly, how could we ever say no to that face? 😍😂

Life is better with a Flatcoat by your side! 🐾🖤
