Busses on the Pier was a dream 🌴
The vibe was right, crowds of families and children smiling ear to ear admiring the best display of vintage busses you could ever dream of.
Over 100 busses lined the pier spilling into the pier plaza, where there was no shortage of good people and good times.

Turbo Class 11 fly by 💨
At King of the Hammers 2024, @donny_donovan_ testing out the rebuilt 2276cc turbo motor by @rababak_performance.

We threw it in @blocknoggin_eric OG 1176 for testing and failed to do any real prep…
The car came back after a rough ride with no air in the shocks and a missing trailing arm bolt😂

This bus can go anywhere and do anything!
I’m tired of not winning @nitrocross races so I’m putting in practice laps all offseason in whatever I’m driving. 😂

It handles like a champ in the dirt with the 205/75/15 @general_tire grabber ATX’s and @bilsteinus shocks.🔥

We had a great time at King of the Hammers @ultra4racing this year. 🏁
My daughter @dakotadamronnn co-driving with me was special. Everything was going great until it wasn’t.

My car was working great and my mental game plan was to focus on keeping momentum by taking faster outside lines and not a slower defensive inside line through corners. Toward the end of the race, I lost headlights and had to check up on the backside of the track in the dark.

Ultimately, it was a lot of fun being able to be competitive with some of the fastest guys in the class. @diesel.ryan @kylezirkus @brockheger @rulo_oraf @bruckmann1299

When your secondary door latch fails at the start 😅 #class11 problems!

@diesel.ryan was co-driving with @donny_donovan_ on day 2 of @snore_racing #rageattheriver when the door pin came loose and fell out of the latch.
No matter how hard he tried, he just wasn’t able to get the pin in to secure the door… but he kept his priorities straight. Drive first, door later👍

What would you have done if you were in this situation?

Also some great battling with @kingofthedirt toward the end!

Weekend overall results.

@mojaveoffroad went out with a bang at the Desert Championships here in Barstow.
It was absolute chaos, and the top 3 drivers finished within only 3 minutes of each other, both days combined.

This motorcycle trail with small whoops has been one of our favorite trails to pre-run on. There’s 1 section that has got us a few times. I had to use my rear bumper as a wheelie bar at almost 70 m.p.h. Our @kingshocks are working so good it made @diesel.ryan and I think our cars were trophy trucks.
I promised @rulo_oraf I’ll never do this again because he puts his heart and lots of time prepping and getting our class 11 cars ready for races.

Today at Battle at Primm I finished 3rd and @diesel.ryan physically finished 1st.
I feel a huge part to our success is @thattireguy @general_tire.
Tomorrow I think these tires will have the advantage in the sand and pull out from corners.

A day in the life inside the 1107 Class 11 car at the Mint 400. 😅 @themint400
Technology has always been our downfall and it really caught up to us. Between Not getting to pre-run , GPS freezing, and not knowing the course piled up and was just too many mistakes.
We still had a chance to win the race after all these mistakes. It was the second lap when I turned before a bridge and got stuck on the wrong side of the train tracks that made us drive an extra 40 miles that ultimately costed us the race.

This Porsche recently finished 3rd place overall in the historic Peking to Paris rally race on Continental VancoFourSeason tires which it still rides on today.

The bus rides comfortably on General Grabbers which take it across many states to different shows and festivals, and handles through the chaos that @donny_donovan_ puts it through.
