It’s been extremely hard embracing the fact and living w the reality that my best friend side kick copilot Layla has unfortunately passed away. It almost doesn’t seem real as she was healthy a month ago, but she contracted some kind of bacterial infection which she was treated at the vet and made improvements in those days so I thought it was going to be just small thing and so did the vet as Layal has been a savage her entire life but after four days of nausea medicine and doing well she became sick again and was admitted into the dog hospital in which she eventually passed there while receiving medication and attention. I’m saddened that I wasn’t there in her last moments and the responsibile feeling that if she would’ve gotten better treatment earlier on or long term meds from the start she might have pulled through just fine but without a doubt Layla has lived an immensely awesome and adventure filled life; One which I will cherish the fun and moments we had together as she brought so much joy and happiness to the people she came into contact with. We’ve had so many crazy times together with her being down to always go on a car ride I literally took her everywhere w me whether it’s random adventures to another state on a whim, helping me load boxes in my work truck, or chillin at the park after long trail walk. I’m so glad to have had a friend like her that made me live in the moment and enjoy everyday to the fullest.
Layla you will be sorely missed my friend by me and many others. Love you Layla! by @donnyprimo

Stoked to have Finally finished my house remodel on the top floor! This will be an airbnb while I work down in Fl. Thanks to everybody who helped in the process, family and friends, and my mom and me esp. in the beginning literally ripping everything down and out. Also my dad and bro really helped out getting it rent ready near the end of choosing to work down south again so thank you. The basement is next but excited to get started in the short term rental game.
