My hair stylist requested some smoked cream cheese out of the blue and who am I to say no? She wanted sweet so I crushed some Crunchberry Cereal for one of them. It was pretty darned tasty. 😅🙌🏽 of course it started to rain because no good deed as they say. 🤨#creamcheese #gatewaydrumsmokers #bbq by @donofalltrades

Lola Folana Bojangles and I tailgated for the Bills game with some ribs and OTT chili. Can't beat a nice bowl of chili on a crisp *checks notes* 92° October day. 🤨 #chili #bbq #billsmafia by @donofalltrades

Weeeee! Made a pile of sliced #tritip on the @gatewaydrumsmokers drum for an outing. The missus threw them in romaine cups with chimichurri and declared them semi-healthy! by @donofalltrades

Had a really good time at a bbq comp with some heavy hitter teams. My team was just me and a cooler of beer. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Did I win? No

Top 10? No

Top 20? No

Did I drink many beers and tell way too many perfect strangers about my prostate issues? Yes!! 😅🤨

@blueshognation put on a great event. There were teams from as far away as Alaska competing. 🙌🏽

Shoutout to my neighbors and coworkers who stopped by for support and who did help me out some! They know who they are and I appreciate y'all!! by @donofalltrades

Practice makes perfect or something. Last rib cook before my competition Saturday where I try not to embarrass myself too badly! Well, with my bbq. Obviously I'll embarrass myself otherwise. 😅🤨 Ribs were so good. @que42bbq Grillz Mafia won out over two other rubs. Looking forward to a fun comp with my @1904_pits trolley. #bbq #bbqcompetition #ribs by @donofalltrades

Chicken!!! Can’t have beef all the time I’m told. Leftover pulled pork went into some mini Cuban style sandwiches that did not suck. Love that Dirty Bird and @que42bbq chicken rub. #chicken #lonestargrillz #bbq by @donofalltrades

Leftover pulled pork use number 892. Cuban style mini sandwiches on the #weberkettle. @howtobbqright with the inspiration. I did add the Gyro Hero to the butter on top, otherwise, just follow the recipe as is. #pulledporksandwich #kingshawaiianrolls #sandwich by @donofalltrades
