I’m grateful for the opportunities that my gift has aligned me with.
I’ve accomplished so much as a makeup artist and although the road gets rocky, I’d choose makeup again and again.

I genuinely love what I do. I get to meet some of the most amazing people and travel to some amazing places.
I’ve done a lot in this industry so far but still have so much ground to cover.

I’m excited to see what this year brings for me in the film/production world!

I loved this look I created for the beautiful, @cassie on the set of VH1’s Hip Hop Family Christmas Wedding last year! I also loved working with such a sweet soul! Love, love, loveee Cassie 🫶🏾

These past few weeks have been EVERYTHING! I had the opportunity to work on my first set alongside an amazinggggg production crew with an even more amazing cast! I’ve learned so much working with everyone and I’m so looking forward to working with everyone again! We worked hard and played harder!

I’m really grateful for the doors that opened for me this year during #EssenceFest!

Saturday I had the opportunity to glam the incredibly talented, most down to earth, vivacious Miss @ellevarner 💛

The look came out SO GOOD! And she loved it! Yellow is definitely her color! She shined like the star she is! ⭐️ she practiced a little during her glam session and hearing her sing acapella made me teary eyed chile 😩 (hearing people sing live always evokes emo in me, idk why 😩)

She also has an AMAZING team and I loved working alongside such dope individuals.

I had been feeling called to go sit at the lake for the past few weeks, I went Saturday night but wasn’t fully present.

this morning before work, I felt the urge again, so I listened. it’s something about sitting in front this massive amount of water that is extremely humbling.

i don’t wanna make this a lengthy caption, so I’m just gonna say this, allow yourself to fully be who you are. whatever that means to you.
in a world where certain people want to strip us of our essence, our culture, our divinity, our RIGHTS! take up the space. use your voice. support your people. stand up. speak up. nothing changes if WE don’t.

it’s been so long since I’ve gotten a good yoga flow in. between momming, working, and life-ing, my yoga flows got pushed to the back burner. but i’m making it my business to stay consistent with it.
