Don’t Fight Fair – “Doorstop”

“Doorstop” is about giving someone access to your heart, your time, and your loyalty, only to realize they’ve been taking it all for granted. The song captures the feeling of standing in the doorway between holding on and walking away — still leaving the door open for someone who may never appreciate what they had.

With honest emotion and a relatable message, Don’t Fight Fair turns heartbreak, patience, and self-worth into a powerful record about loving someone who got too comfortable with your presence.

Don’t you just love a new era! With each one brings a change and those changes bring all new lessons. I have already learned sooo much much and I’m eager to learn even more. The journey has been amazing already so I can’t even begin to imagine what’s next but I’m already loving each step I’m taking headed into it! Might be time to release some of this creatively chaotic nature again!

The universe is such a gigantic place and in the grand scheme of things so much of what happens in our everyday life is really so small. It can be hard to remember that in the day to day so always carve out moments for yourself to do what fills you up with joy. Even if that’s going to a seemingly random spot somewhere only you know and singing and dancing around. Get out there and celebrate your wins like every one is the Big Bang!

On Wednesday we wear pink… Well it seems I’ve had a theme going with this color but anyways in case you missed it the first time Big Bang by my band @dontfightfair drops on Aug 4th!!!

This is a high energy rockabilly track! The closest comparison I could think of to this song is the Ren & Stimpy theme song!?! I know this may be a showcase of age but who here remembers that cartoon?
