4 years has flown by! I remember the day we met, and to think of all the memories we have shared since then is something I never thought I’d ever experience as a youngster. I’m grateful to share a life with you even if you are a fiery Latina.

Some tests with a few of the team members today. We aren’t always granted a heap of time to get these done. Usually with the guys they are out of one camp and into another. But good vibes and friendly competition is always fun.

Had them complete broad jumps/ single leg lateral jumps and seated medball chest pass.

Been using a practical way to measure progress for strength on top of that which is looking at average working set over the last few months. Great way to measure progress without measuring max strength tests.

Broad jump top 3:
1st @alfaropattiata - 10 feet,2 inch
2nd @caktidwiputra - 9 feet, 9 inch
3rd @ismailov__alisher - 9 feet, 3inch by @donyulio__performance

A few exercises I use with the athletes and general public to build a solid UPPER body!!
