Transitions are always challenging periods to navigate. Our inner fears and anxieties added to the overall fear of the unknown, things out of our control and totally beyond our comprehension - are bound to create uneasiness and dysregulation. We're usually full of resistance; hanging on the the thoughts of what we have lost/are losing and not focusing on what we may be gaining or what better may be in store for us.

Transitions are periods of rebirth. Something old (energetically) fades away or ends for something new to begin. Hence, they may even feel like periods of death, totally testing your patience and will to go on. But your life's really waiting for you to choose to navigate these vital periods with grace and ease so as to allow the necessary energy shift to occur. Be easy on yourself and be kind to your burdened heart. Choose to embrace the path your life is taking you towards and trust the process.

Let go, surrender and trust your journey; it is exactly how it needs to be.
