you never know it's the last time until its too late.
my sweet perfect baby boy. my pumpkin head. my warewolf. my stink bug. my pooka. i have been so happy to love you all these years. i would wake up excited for our snuggle time and look forward to it before bed each night (plus all the in-between times) your perfect little eyes looking back at me, your little hums as you'd enter REM sleep... there is nothing like it. these last few months have been the worst of my life. they diagnosed you with lymphoma and i know we fought hard but your body is so small and was so tired. i know losing loom hurt you badly too. i tried to be by your side as much as humanly possible in the last week and every moment has meant everything to me. writing this is so hard. you never imagine you'll lose both of your babies within a weeks time. it's the worst pain i have ever felt. i am already missing you desperately, thinking i should check on you, hold you. you looked into my eyes and stood up for a moment to give me kisses, a moment i will forever cherish. as if you were telling me it was okay, that you would reunite with loom and all our other bunny angels, and you could be at peace. while that moment brings me solace, i feel haunted because a piece of me is now missing. i love you more than words could even begin to express and nothing will be the same without you. my sweet boy, i will see you again some day. by @doomdoll__

my sweet baby girl, i remember the first time i held you. i instantly knew you were coming home with us. these last few weeks have been really rough, you were trying so hard and we were too but your body was too tired. and it pains me so deeply to have to say goodbye. my sweet little princess, my sun soaker, my rambunctious little trouble maker. you brought so much joy and life into our home and it will not be the same without you. i love you more than any words could possibly explain and our world is going to be so much darker without you. I will miss your little butterfly ears, your little white belly, and your constant desire to bite my fingers when you want my attention. i know you're running through the flower fields now, no more pain, with all our other angel bunnies. please watch over eeyore and visit me in my dreams ❣️💫🦋🌾🌸 by @doomdoll__
