Our beloved studio is coming to a crossroads. We’ve been out here for three years and now the property we’re on looks like it might be sold. Our shop has a chance to continue to lease but of the ENTIRE property. It’s a commercial space in Kyle’s ETJ on 4.5 acres. If you have a business and would be interested in sub leasing from us please let us know! I’m not sure what the future holds for us but we would love to stay right where we are.
