The older I get, the less I need. Growing up used to mean wanting more—more things, more noise, more validation. Now, it’s about wanting less. The best lesson I learnt from this journey is the progress takes time. It’s important to celebrate the big wins and small victories. It’s also important to understand that sometimes we fail. Sometimes the number on that scale will grow up. At the end of the day, the important part is that we show up by @dooodtorio
