BALLS IN YOUR COURT Should you add an order of our “Polpetti” on your next visit? There’s no wrong answer, as long as your answer is yes. A mouthwatering mix of beef and pork, topped with pomodoro, ricotta salata, and basil. Some decisions are easier than others, and this is one of ‘em 😉 by @dopo.yyc
FROM AUS WITH LOVE Sharper than the cheese- Cooper is our long lost brother from down under. When he’s not whipping up your favourite dishes at DOPO, you can find him chopping up tartare like no other at Bar Rocca. We swear he stepped straight off the Diesel runway and landed at DOPO- what a looker 😍 by @dopo.yyc
ROOMS FULL HEARTS FULL Nothing makes us happier than seeing a packed house with familiar and not-so-familiar faces. Thank you for showing up for us so we can continue doing what we love ❤️ by @dopo.yyc
Papà DOPO Today marks what would have been this incredible man’s 72nd birthday. Mario Migliarese was the inspiration behind the original DOP, which led to DOPO. The hardworking head of the table, he always showed us the importance of breaking bread with friends and family. Thank you for all the amazing memories and for providing the spark to create a space where we can all make many more. Saluti 🍷 by @dopo.yyc
TGI-DOPO Friday is finally here and we’ve got a plate of our “Pollo al Matton” with your name on it. A beautiful pan-roasted half chicken with lemon-caper butter and a fresh arugula salad. Pairs impeccably with a bottle of bubbles and your best buds 🥂 by @dopo.yyc
WITH THE QUICKNESS 💨 We know you’ve been looking forward to that first drink at DOPO all week, so we make sure it gets from the bar to your lips lickety-split. One of our fave new cocktails to crush is the “No Speak Americano.” Cocchi Rosa, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, soda, black tea & anise syrup, and rhubarb bitters. All you gotta do is get yourself down here, and we’ll make sure you don’t go thirsty🍹 by @dopo.yyc
HOT TO TROT Our kitchen team has always been the backbone of the biz, working tirelessly on the dishes that bring friends and fam around the table to make memories. This team can stand the heat, and we’re forever grateful for it 🙏 by @dopo.yyc
CLAM FANS REJOICE Our “Linguine Vongole” has been flyin’ out of the kitchen like nobody’s business since it hit the menu. This southern Italian classic is the perfect marriage of fresh, briny clams, white wine, and rich, savoury guanciale. We might have to move our dishwasher to part-time after seeing all these clean plates 🤣 by @dopo.yyc
ROCKIN’ & RAVIOLO’N Live from the cutting room floor. A little behind-the-scenes look at our fan fave, the “Raviolo.” Ricotta, egg yolk, brown butter, sage, vincotto Once one walks by a table, the kitchen crew knows they’re about to make five more 😂 by @dopo.yyc
MOZZA BELLA Make a date with this beaut ASAP. “Buffalo Mozzarella” - Old West Ranch mozzarella, giardiniera, olive oil Best served piled onto our grilled bread and next to a crisp white 🥂 by @dopo.yyc
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCKIN’ ON HEAVEN’S DOOR We feel blessed to share so many incredible moments with all of you, night after night. Celebrations, b-days, anniversaries, proposals (yes, there’ve been a few), or just a night out for dinner & drinks. Whatever the occasion- we’re here for ya. Can’t wait to see you walking through this door 🔜 by @dopo.yyc
WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER Our beloved Eugene sitting down (for a change) with our “Pollo al Mattone,” a DOPO classic we’ve given a fresh spin. Pan-roasted half chicken with lemon-caper butter and a fresh arugula salad. MIGHT just be the ultimate fall dish. Swing by for a plate 🔜 by @dopo.yyc
