What an incredible two years it has been creating with this amazing group of juniors. 🤍

Watching each of you grow—not only as dancers, but as performers, teammates, and individuals—has been one of the most rewarding experiences. Your commitment, work ethic, resilience, and willingness to trust the process showed in every rehearsal and every moment on stage. You all as a team have won so many overalls, awards and have achieved sooo many milestones! I couldn’t be prouder of everything you’ve accomplished.

Thank you for bringing these routines to life with so much heart and energy. Keep believing in yourselves, keep working hard, and never stop dancing. The future is so bright for each and every one of you. 💫

Nova Scotia, you have been more than good to me. 🤍

This trip was everything and more. A beautiful reminder that life is meant to be slowed down and truly lived—not constantly rushed. Grateful for every moment, every view, and every memory. Until next time. 🦞🌊

Some nights sparkle a little brighter — especially when love is the reason. An evening celebrating not just two hearts, but the family and friendships that feel like home, even without shared blood.

I liked the hats the PhD (Doctoral) grads got to wear, so I may have to go back….But for now you can call me Master! 🥋🤓

Choreography post for your feed! 🪩
Last season I had the opportunity to choreograph on some pretty talented young humans.

So grateful I can share my love and knowledge we call dance onto the next generation. I definitely learn so much every time I create. The growth I get to witness in myself and them is truly incredible. Here are some favourites from the 2024/2025 competition season.

Proud of your hard work this season for going up and beyond and achieving those overall achievement scores.
