We often take running for granted. We forget that putting one foot in front of the other can become so much more than a workout it can become a way of life. Running teaches us to embrace discomfort, to stay disciplined when motivation fades, and to keep moving when our minds tell us to stop. It challenges us physically, but transforms us mentally. Somewhere between the miles, the hard days, the slow runs, and the moments we want to quit, we discover a stronger version of ourselves.
