Going to school should never feel like a punishment.

But for too many Nigerian children, walking into a school without clean water or proper sanitation makes it exactly that.

The 33rd LAPO Annual Development Forum is addressing this on Thursday, 22nd October 2026, at the Shehu Musa Yar'Adua Centre, Abuja.

Safe Water, Healthy Learning: Advancing WASH in Nigerian Schools.

Thank you for sharing from your wealth of knowledge and experience. Your story is truly inspiring. In your words, “We can’t see the future but we prepare for tomorrow by being intentional about what we do today”.

It’s beautiful to see someone who steps into purpose, but we don’t always see what prepared them for it.

For Dorcas Thorpe, one major factor in her becoming journey was a life of service.

Long before the opportunities, recognition and influence, there were the early seasons of showing up, serving faithfully, and growing where she was planted.

Every story in the Radiant series reminds us that becoming is not accidental. It is shaped in the unseen moments that prepare us for the ones everyone gets to see.

Watch Dorcas’ story and be inspired. Click link in bio @onome_kinggirl and @waffrikastudios to watch her full documentary and subscribe to catch subsequent releases…

Stories are truly the best form of expression and communication.

I had a great time sharing a tiny part of my lifes' story on the Radiant Series with @waffrika_live_studio .
More than anything, I appreciated my journey a little more and so grateful for who I am Becoming.

There are sides to you, that will shock you once you let yourself evolve.
Stop holding back.
Stop trying to please people.
Just Bloom.

I've been scarce here and thought to do a comeback with a reintroduction.

The past few years have been transformative for me. It's one of the reasons I am passionate about helping people Evolve. There is something absolutely beautiful when you find ✨️ inside of you. The pressure to be someone else completely dies, and that's when we start to truly live freely.

So, if you're new here, this is me!
🥂 to connecting more and shining so bright; the world needs it now.
