Here’s a birthday cake my Mum and I baked and decorated together for my birthday on June 9. It’s based around the Frutiger Aero aesthetic, one that I am very fond of. Usually my posts are suppossed to be these "avant garde" """art""" pieces serving as a sort of meta commentary to either criticise myself or criticise something else or critique my criticism, but today I dont really have any meta avant garde bullshit for you today

Maybe I can turn these posts into pseudo dairy entries, idk. What would I even talk about?

I guess I can talk about my personal relationship with popularity and fame? I like to say I dont care about these things but Id be a liar if I said those things werent nice, y'know. I couldnt really tell you why exacly I left insta but I could possibly tell you one of the reasons

Back in the day I used to advertise myself as a meme account but that was an obvious lie I told myself, in actuality it was a personal account for me to post my bullshit

I think the idea of being able to classify myself was comforting in some way, for whatever reason?

Anyways back to what I was saying, back in the day my posts would get maybe 20-30 or if i was luck 50-100 likes and that was enough for me. Me and my weird little audience but with time insta took on reforms that well got rid of that audience and ive more or less become irrelevant

Im not going to bed crying about it but im not ecstatic about it either

In essence maybe we all want popularity and fame but in different quantities and forms. I miss my weird lil group

But then again getting meta on my meta, before I joined social media. I hated the idea of social media and didnt need anyone really. Maybe I dont actually care abt my 20-30 likes maybe I just got stockholm syndromed or some shit

Why am I typing all of this shit, I have no fucking clue. I told myself id post on here more to give insta another shot and well I thought my drawing was funny so im posting it, just didnt want the bio to be empty and I guess i ended up with this rant lol

Anyways, I dont necessarily want to be here nor know if I should be here. This place is one of despair, it might become my undoing, but my exile has been long and boring, I might as well return. I die for the sake of experience, I live not for survival

Dont think im gonna use hashtags either because:
1- theyre kinda a pain in the ass
