Posted @withregram • @straitstimesfood It takes just two to four minutes for Ms Doris Goh, 50, to sell out her homemade mini roll cakes each time she opens her orders online on Cococart.

At 8pm every Tuesday, she releases three dates for the following week. Customers can place their orders for self-collection or delivery. But first, they have to snag a slot.

The light and fluffy cakes come in seven flavours - such as strawberry and the best-selling pandan - and are topped with slightly savoury shredded cheese.

Other popular options include Milo-misu, with Milo tiramisu cream and Milo cube sweets.
