MEET THE PROTAGONIST Part Two.

I don’t actually know his name yet.

He’s a Deathwatch Space Marine covered in Tyranid trophies and the scars of some of those battles. I love this piece. Built and converted by @adeptus_neophytus

So before I write his story, I want to know:

What was his story when you built him?

And if he didn’t have one yet…

Note: most my army will be based on urban terrain but I like him being off the road, doing his solo domination.

So I didn’t feel like doing anything last night. All lights out at the house while Rose and Gary did their thing at her mom’s. I did get some doorbell rings, but not a lot.

When I got called to pick them up, I came outside and saw this carved pumpkin with a light in it. We had a fair amount of other decorations out, including pumpkins. I never saw anyone carve one, but it wouldn’t have surprised me.

I went and picked them up, came back, they saw it, and that’s when we figured out someone must have left it there last night.

Does it mean anything? An internet trend? An ominous message? Foretelking the arrival of Pumpkin Head in 7 days? Kid stole it and got tired of carrying it around? Will we ever know? Shrug.

Next year, if you think of it, have your kids do the same. Leave it at random house on the route, possibly a house with its lights off, maybe not.
