Got to visit where my favorite mead is made 😁
I had a glass of Lothbrok mead and it was to die for. Also had some amazing freshly roasted coffee 💕

"Oh my crap"

I got to meet the creator of one of my favorite shows today. Final Space is a show that got me through the loss of Nosferatu in 2020, and then Baby and Bear in 2021. My first real losses as an adult. It quickly became my comfort show. I was so upset when the show was canceled, and ecstatic when I heard the news Olan got the green light to FINALLY finish his story... as a graphic novel.

It was a brief encounter for sure, I didn't want to hold up everyone else waiting in the Texas heat. But Olan Rogers and Jake Sidwell were both incredibly sweet.

My pre-order of the book hadn't come in, and Olan offered to cover the cost so I could leave today with the book without hesitation.

I'm not a big "meet celebrities" person, but I'm glad I got to meet Olan and Jake. They seem to be incredibly down to earth people, and I'm proud to be a part of this fandom.
