Needed a new set of saw horses. Decided to make “Krenov” set. Popular and Cherry, mortise and tenon with wedges and pined doweled. See the dark sky rolling in. by @dorrep2010

New shop five months in the making. Delays do to winter, but got it to the point where I can move tools in and build some cabinets to put everything away. Then rest; before I can create something. by @dorrep2010

My second cabinet, for Judo belt and medal storage. Similar, but different. More craftsman look; the other is really Japanese looking. I told him to pick one and sell the other for me. But he liked them both and took them home to GP, Oregon. A fun build. Almost three months each to build. All quarter sawn white oak, white rift oak, and port orford cedar, for Kumiko grid. Just a FYI, lot of people use bass wood for Kumiko. I chose the cedar for a pinkish hue, that looked better with the oak. Smells good too. by @dorrep2010
