🇫🇷 Les zazous était des jeunes hommes élégants qui au début des années 40, prenait le contrepied de la tendance à rationaliser le costume masculin. Ils portaient des couleurs vives et osées et en utilisant des coupes de vêtements très larges, souvent malgré les rationnements de tissus imposés. En plus, ils ecoutaient du jazz et défiaient volontiers l’autorité.

🇺🇸 The zazous were elegant young men who, in the early 1940s, took the opposite view of the tendency to rationalize male dress. They wore bright and bold colors and using very wide clothing cuts, often despite the imposed fabric rationing. In addition, they listened jazz and were in defiance of authority.
