Some people come into your life and quietly change everything.
You held my hand through my most painful moment, stood beside me when I couldn’t find my footing, and reminded me of my strength when I forgot it. That, I’ll never forget. Forever grateful for your heart, your courage, and the way you showed up when it mattered most. Happy Birthday Sister 🤍 @bblackbarbie by @doseofafriqa

This birthday feels different.
Not the loud kind of happy — the quiet kind that comes after chaos, when peace finally finds you.
31, you are the beginning of my becoming.
Thirty–WON🥂
Marie, I am so proud of you!

New year, new chances to grow, heal, and thrive. This year, I’m choosing courage over fear, progress over perfection, and gratitude for every step of the journey. Here’s to embracing the beauty of new beginnings—whatever they may look like. 🥀 taken in Gambia The Smiling Coast of Africa by @doseofafriqa

Life has been a wild ride these past few months, and I had to take a step back from IG to focus on things beyond the ‘gram. Between mum life (2 under 3 is not a joke chile 🤭) and running Skin Clinic, it’s been a HUGE shift. The year’s wrapping up, and so much needed to get done behind the scenes.

To be real with you, it hasn’t been easy. There has been some seriously tough days as a founder. Even with a solid team, staying involved in every corner of the business is a must. Shipping? Whew. That was a challenge, but we’ve leveled up to a bigger, better fulfillment center so orders will be moving FAST. 🚀

Despite the lows, I’m SO grateful for every single one of you who’s supported us these last 4 years. We’re always working to improve, not just our products but the whole customer experience. Here’s to ending the year stronger than ever. ❤️✨🥂 by @doseofafriqa
