Looking to ditch and switch your usual sunscreen?

Tips for Choosing a Clean Sunscreen
•Active Ingredients: Opt for mineral-based sunscreens with non-nano zinc oxide or titanium dioxide
•Avoid: Chemical filters like oxybenzone, octinoxate, and avobenzone, which can be harmful to both skin and the environment.
•Certifications: Look for products that are EWG Verified, USDA Organic, or have other reputable certifications.

I’ve been adding @maryruthorganics lymphatic drops in 2026 and seen additional immune support and and reduced puffiness
