We back😎Day 1! Follow & Read👇   Follow @doseofrich for the journeh ahead, and 💬Comment  #30daychallenge so you guys can join along!  This is a REALLY big challenge for me, so i'm excited to share it with you guys. I cut out alot of content in this video (it originally was almost 5 minutes) but here's some snippets of what i wanted to say that i couldn't here.  🔁 (Repost this video please by the way! Helps more people see it!)  📹1. I managed to get 60 reels around 2 weeks even working a 9-5 with overtime. How?  1000% recommend the instagram edits app! I usually used to edit on filmora, but this makes it go so easier. Also, it gives you leeway on what content is trending. Also, i made alot of B-roll with me doing casual things. you will see!:)  🔆2. I had to put more soul into the content.  Since i was doing 60 reels, quite a bit were trendy, but i realized soon after doing it..i need to put soul in it. Yes i want my stuff to blow up, but i want to cultivate my community as well. And also be a true artist that makes high art. I already am, but as an artist-do you really think copying others (some is healthy of course) entirely will make you do innovative, great things? Some of the greatest artists do their own thing. I want to do more in that.  3. Time is going ballistically fast! At least for me lately. And i always know i've wanted to make a living for my art. Which i did mention in the video before, but now i want to make it happen. Note, you still have time. But you don't know how much you have! So make the most of it! So what do yall think? What info was your favorite? And finally lol..check out my linked reel for my actual art! . . . . #30daychallenge #60daychallenge #arttips #artvideo #illustrator #digitalpainting #digitalpainter taken in New York, New York by @doseofrich

My magnum opus complete. Any comments, shares and saves appreciated!! cause i worked almost 100 hours for this 😭 Time: 97 hrs and 2 minutes ( i know lol) My LONGEST drawing i think i've made! (PS..worked on this since September , so of course i took many breaks 🫠 want me to pass out?  Here we go😎I am IMMENSELY proud. Obviously..it took nearly 100 hours lol. It took alot of struggle,  insights, refinements, last minute touches, graceful patience and an unwavering faith to finish this! To start I went all out with color, editing shadows. (tip: I have two layers of shadows (all black) for experimental pieces  to make it realistic. one layer i call the base shadow, when i put the opacity low. the other i call the colored shadow, you put it to overlay, put opacity low too) the colored shadow i put it a bit higher in opacity, and it makes the piece more saturated. I also put a tone layer over my work sometimes in case the colors clashso it can have uniformity. So i put a blue layer and set it to saturation, and put the opacity low so the colors pop. You can change the blending mode or color to anyone you want, just put it to low opacity to fit the tone of the piece. Few standouts: Mickey. It's funny, i didn't think Mickey would look THIS badass. I decided late in the process to give him a glowing blade, since he's King Mickey. The effect is unbelievable,  like golden stars contrasting off the dark purple sky! Next, Riku.  One of my first completed characters of this, and still one of the best. The lighting is incredibly dramatic, and covers his descent in the game. Also, the stained glass glow is one of the final things I put in the piece. Simba. Looks just like him. Ansem. Nuff said. And SORA! He took an incredibly long time to make since he's symmetrical, so i had to flip the piece many times. One of my last additions to this was making a light source behind him so he glows! Kairi and Ariel are honorable mentions. But which one is your favorite? Can you name them all? . . . #kingdomhearts  #squareenix #sora #ariel #simba #mickey #hercules/ #riku #kairi #fanartfriday #animefanarts #gamingart / #keyblades #keyblademaster #animeartshare #khart #aladd Kingdom Hearts, Square Enix, Disney, Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy taken in New York, New York by @doseofrich

Done. 😎 Tag @rockstargames and let them know my passion lmao.  Comments, likes, and shares greatly appreciated, and scroll to the end for different color palettes! Read below for the process... Time: 67hr and 14 min (plus the palettes)  FINALLY....lol i've been working on this since June! I knew as soon as i saw the GTA VI poster for the 2nd trailer, i told my friend "i HAVE to draw this" and finally..i did:) Soooo proud! So the process! I  wanted to nail the slick style of the gta series, with black outlines and cel shaded, realistic art. I managed to pull it off, but also it looks like my style! I remember looking at this drawing from a distance and squinting- and it looks legit like a gta piece. But viewing closer, you see the differences. Some favorites:  DEFINETELY the water. First time i made water in that style, and the streams look great. And the water looks so colorful! I also love the buoys and the seagull. Another one is also the vice beach police boat! That was difficult to pull off, but i feel i could do it. And of course, the buildings were a pain in the ass lol but finished it.  I did color pallettes as well merely for experimentation, And what i discovered, is that i managed to get ALOT of a classic, miami flavor to these colors. Not only is this piece inspired by gta, but also miami (where gta vi is also based of) where i also went years ago and i MISS dearly 🥲drawing this connected me to one of the best trips of my life, and i will return!  Favorite palettes: My favorites are slide 8, it gives it this nice, ocean crime drama like vibe you would see in shows.  With the right amount of shadow and color. I was thinking of using that as the intro piece, but  i wanted to use the base palette since all of the colors stand out individually, and its better for closeup photos. And slide 11! The nice blend of pink and blue gives it Miami vibes! But what do yall think? Which pallete is your favorite?  . . . #rockstar #grandtheftauto #grandtheftautoVI #gta6 #procreateart #artmiami  #digitalillustration/ #digitalartistoninstagram #digitalartoftheday #femalecharacter #digital2d/  #videogameartwork #gamesart #illustrationstyle #grandtheftautocommunity taken in Vice City by @doseofrich

Want to know if you're getting ghosted or not? Want to save time, energy and sanity? I gotchu 😎 comments and shares appreciated!   And introducing another topic! Why you shouldn't chase people and when to cut it off\😂 This is a topic that i've had personal experience with (as with everything else i post for these talk) I'm a very social guy, and i made my way to talk to people from all over. I think my experiences can help alot of people save time, and not feel horrible afterwards like i did sometimes lmao. Even though it can feel terrible, i put some signature humor into this cause this is something i was passionate about saying.  I thought about whether or not i would talk about this-but then i thought some more and decided-fuck it. There is much more of a benefit to this. And if the shoe fits for some, so be it! Wouldn't want to be around those people anyways lol. I don't think you would as well.  Anyways, trying to get you guys to choose you.  Life's too short to choose otherwise for those that don't really care. Live on 😎 But what is your take on this topic? Let me know! . . . . . . #personalgrowth #selfreflection #mindsetshift #selfworth #chooseyourself taken in New York, New York by @doseofrich

Draft 3. NOW WE COOKING. Comments shares and saves appreciated:) And read below!  Ichigo looks too badass at this form i just HAD to draw him. His facecard is ridiculous in the anime. And fortunately, so is mines as well 🥲 so proud of it! One of the most badass faces i've ever drawn!! The horns of course, were the hardest part. They had to be symmetrical, so i measured and i used alot of parallel lines to make it line up. Not only that-it is a 3d form, so i had to include the shading, and also the areas of lighting. I even re-edited his spirit scarf (ill call it that for simplicity) to be more like in the anime. There isnt a bright light source yet on it..stay tuned for that:)  I also REALLY love what i did with the blade. I wanted it to look more like a realistic blade with different sources of lighting. When you use lighting correctly, you can convey depth. So i used pink lighting on the right of the blade, since in the foreground there is more of that pink light source. I finally put some shading on his muscles as well.  You can also see the "side" characters getting more love. With orihime took that pose from her from the anime. I was concerned since she is so small, and i was wondering about how much detail i can put into it? But it worked out. Same with rukia also. The background has some dark atmosphere now, which is nice.  To end it off-im not done with any of these characters yet xD or the background! But this is a strong indicator of whats to come. What do yall think? And wait for the final draft to come!:)  . . . . #bleachtybw #ichigo #rukia #orihime #animeart taken in New York, New York by @doseofrich

This is probably my 10th year so far 😂 quite an achievement. I go there not only to cosplay as different characters, check out the anime and comics hype( and also check out fine women i cant lie 😂) but it's also a goal of mine to show my artwork at this convention. It wont be my only place im going but- putting it out into the universe. And also- i love taking photos as well....and katanas lol. Part 2. The color:) Comments, shares and likes greatly appreciated! The environment has a reddish, pinkish tint,  so it's gonna have a very dramatic flair to it. The sword i'm trying to make look sleek and have an interesting texture as well. The background is scarse right now, but it will gain more detail sooner or later. If you've followed me you know how it is. Stay tuned:)  , , , , #creatorsearchinsight #bloodchainsichigo #ichigo #rukia #orihime taken in New York, New York by @doseofrich

Tell me what yall think of this topic? Something different. I have tons of videos that i've worked on to post on here (like 30+) for views, and to endorse my new art prints! But i made a decision. After i reach 30 reels of content- i want to make content that feels more like...me. I always loved the concept of spreading lessons i learned throughout my life, and i wanted to make videos of this. It's not the first time i did this, but probably the first time in this way 😎 I want to make these videos and not focus on views, but just the message, and the creativity i show in the videos. i know not everyone will see it cause of the length, but its worth putting out. But hope you guys enjoyed this. These types of videos show off the lessons i've learned, and i feel like it could help out alot of people. If you peeped, i now have a microphone! This is the microphone i bought that i showed in a story back then! It's pretty awesome. If you want me to tell you what brand i got, let me know! Also, these are not the only creative videos I plan to post on here 😎. Cause boy i COOKED this past month. A full five course meal. Michelin Star. So stay hungry. And stay tuned!  . . . . #emotionalgrowth #selfreflection #PersonalGrowth #LifeLessons #MentalWellness (oyster jam) taken in New York, New York by @doseofrich

We are back. With another one 😎 Comments, shares and likes appreciated!  I HAD to make this drawing of Blood Chains Ichigo after episode 45 of TYBW. And i KNEW ichigo was gonna get a new form...i've been a fan of this franchise since a teenager reading the manga, so with all of the editions the anime took- i knew they were gonna do something special with his new form. Cause we barely got the shit in the manga xED  and i was SO fulfilled. I finished this at the time of writing, around a week ago. Alot of people have drawn this character, but i wanted to put a different spin on it. Wait and see for more:)  October is gonna be quite a busy month. Everything is planned..mwahaha...i have ALOT of content coming this month, so stay tuned!:)  . . . . . #bleachtybw #bloodchainsichigo #ichigo #wipart #bleach taken in United States of America by @doseofrich

"As long as i am alive, i have infinite chances!" -Monkey D. Luffy, Future Pirate King 🏴‍☠️ Comments and shares appreciated! BAM😎 Final draft. A level 29 Doseofrich unlocking god mode.  Time: 20hrs and 53 min.  Well DAMN...just looking at this gets me hype to do more like this. Me during the end of 2025 went off. This wI was at a point in my life where i was trying to save money, going more serious in the gym, and just milking the last few months of my 20s to the max (my birthday was Dec 8.) and looking back, no regrets 😌 But of course, i age like fine wine. I'm grateful for every stage of my career, but i dont just get older-i level up! Anyways, i REALLY LOVE the final version of this!! i was so concerned how to do luffy in my own style, as Oda's style (which is goated) is very expressive and cartoony. As you know my style is expressive as well, but more serious and very dynamic, and it focuses alot on dynamic lighting and color. But this just captures my style perfectly! And like any artist, i love the finishing touches i put on this. I love how i made the outline of luffy hair's lighter, with a different color! I was originally gonna stop there- but i decided to put a glow effect on the tail end of it! And also for the clouds, giving it a very mystic look. I also love the way his hair looks, as if it's baby blue cotton candy, and it looks rubbery as well like his powers! The clouds i'm also EXTREMELY surpised i did too. To this day, im not sure how i did it 😅 i tend to do outlines on everything, so this was one of these rare instances where i managed to paint out clouds from scratch! I guess my understanding of light and shadow has improved enough to do it. And the lightning!! There is no glow effect on that actually. Just by understanding how color works, i was able to give it the effect making it glow making the core of the light a lighter color then all else. Honestly one of my favorite pieces. What do yall think? Comment below for more:)  . . . . #ワンピース #onepiece #luffy #digitalpainting #ルフィ taken in Wano Kuni by @doseofrich
