Hi, I’m Amy 👋

I thought it was about time I reintroduced myself, especially if you’re new here 🤍

I’m the artist behind Dots Allowed… but also a wife, a mum of two, and I work full-time too.

This little business? It lives in the evenings, weekends, and in between everything else.

It started as a creative escape… and somehow turned into something so much bigger than I ever expected.

I spend too much on art supplies, I’ve completely taken over the home office… and I probably should rest more 😅

But I genuinely wouldn’t change it, because I get to create art that ends up in your homes, and that means everything.

Who needs a sewing machine when you’ve got a beak? Meet the tailorbird, nature’s clever little seamstress!

These tiny birds actually stitch leaves together using plant fibres or spider silk to create cosy little nests! Talk about an impressive natural contraption!

A little shop update!

I’m swapping my paintbrushes, packaging and endless cups of coffee for a little family time next week!

Just a little heads-up that I’ll be taking a short break from 21st–27th October.

🛍️ The Dots Allowed shop will still be OPEN, so you can continue browsing and placing orders as normal.

📦 However, dispatch times will be slightly longer, with orders starting to head out again from Wednesday 28th October.

If you’ve had your eye on something, there’s still time to pop an order in!
