The world functions in a mad way. I'm not in the ends very often and there was a few times I spun past those flats in Stockwell and wondered if you were still there. I met Asa through my big brother @snupeholditdown and even though there wasn't much difference in age, they both took me under their wing. I'd be on my 9-5 and then behind Switcher's block with the man dem! We were lit! We had music! And connections back then felt organic - way before this social media era of false connections.

Asa was larger than life, you couldn't be around him without jokes being made and everyone making fun of everyone. It didn't matter if you were a good yute or a certified menace, everyone was equal. It never mattered where I was, Asa always embraced me and mine with love. And even if I wasn't about he would often reach out to my BM and check in on my daughter. He didn't have to do any of that, but he did. That was just Asa! I have great memories over at the Bakery, and met all sorts of musicians and personalities. It was the hub that we all needed without knowing it.

Rest easy bro, and please watch over us! I know you're with mumzie now.

Whilst you're up there, let my dad know I'm doing ok. Good days and bad days, but I'm getting better at the being kind to myself.

@shack_baker I know you and your siblings are strong, but please look after each other! I feel a piece of me is missing so I can't imagine how you guys are feeling!

@snupeholditdown I hope you are staying strong brother! This one has hit different, but I am thankful you allowed me into your circle back then.

So a friend who showed me grace when life was a lot put on an event, celebrating art and the creative vision of their community! Its crazy to see how talented people can be, and that such talents don't always see how solid their craft actually is. Thank you for the invitation, and know that we are proud of you!

@ebonixsims @ebonixfoundation @blacklinesofcode

The event is on until the 20th in Peckham if you wish to check it out for yourself. Tickets available via Eventbrite:

Yes I'm a gamer, but music is a love language!

Good music too, not the chasing a viral moment that many hope for today. Thank you @teedramoses for blessing us with an amazing body of work, and thank you for all of the time you spend in the UK during the week of your concert.

I had a blast at the @wwegames launch party at @redbullgamingsphereldn.

I'm excited to take it to the ring if anyone gets too rowdy in the group chat! Visually I was impressed with how polished the gaMe looks, and im hoping the online servers mirror this. Thank you @2kuk for the gifted copy of the game.

And love to @itsnoxlumina for putting me forward to the event.

A genuine question: who is doing the mental welfare checks on these species we class as monsters?

So yesterday, for banter - I tried to break down Monster Hunter Wilds to my bredrin @m._fernandes from a single clip. To be fair, we had a laugh about it, so I thought I'd share it!

Maybe in time I'll turn her into a hunter, or maybe make her do art on the game - shes sick with the art ting!

I can't lie, I'm having a lot of fun with Monster Hunter Wilds. This one hitter quitter from Jin Dahaad is kinda mean though!
