Proud coach moment seeing your former players getting their college degree 🎓

I got the chance to coach Daylen at Eastmoor in 2020 and now he’s helping me coach Youth boys in the JH95 AAU program going on his 4th year coaching while still maintaining honor roll in college.

Marquis was on my first HS boys AAU team in 2019 when I first started the program and helped me grow as a young coach! Now he just finished up his first coaching year as a Student Assistant Coach at Hocking College!

Thank you Mt. Period Missionary Baptist Church and Minister Danielle for giving me this great opportunity to speak at their Vacation Bible study event this afternoon 💙

I got to discuss the topics of how sports success isn’t just about talent but making sure your MIND is spiritually, mentally and emotionally prepared for the games. Also the importance of protecting your mind, building your character and controlling your emotions in a positive way!

Grateful to be able to represent JH95 program and give them examples of how is it possible to overcome many obstacles and using Basketball is a tool to build these life long connections and friendships taken in MPchurch by @doubb95
