Change the direction. Never the standard.

For the past five years, our family has been proud to exclusively offer females through the Opportunity Knocks Sale. We’re forever grateful for the experiences and relationships that came with it. This year, however, we’ve decided to take a different path and begin an exciting new chapter for our program.

We’ll be bringing an exceptional set of consignments to the All Star Angus Sale at Canadian Western Agribition in Regina, SK, and the 54th Annual Red Round Up Sale in Olds, AB. Our commitment to generating elite Red Angus genetics remains unwavering, and we’re confident this lineup represents some of the most impressive females we’ve put together to date. We have no intention of slowing down.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built and grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing everyone this fall!

A new path. Same standard. #DoubleB by @doublebangus

It may be March Madness, but these matings are full proof.

Both embryo lots sired by the multiple time-champion Red Watch, whose sire group lit up the POE this February and whose daughter commanded $15,000 in Opportunity Knocks, backed by two of our most exciting donors.

Daughters by 1620 have commanded $14,000 and $10,500 as Opportunity Knocks sale features.

Lark 9E daughters (3/4 sibs to embryos) have commanded $25,000, $13,000, and $12,5000 as Opportunity Knocks sale features.

Heifer safe, a stacked pedigree, and a lights out phenotype — the cattlemen’s kind!

We’ve went on and on about the Red Blood x Larkaba mating, purely due to the fact that it flat out works every single time. Blood Bank 518 is out of a gorgeous 42A daughter. A maternal sister to 518 sold to Owyn Moore in 2023, and a 3/4 sister highlighted our offering last fall for $25,000.

Dark red, powerful, and easy fleshing with an awesome build. Check him out as Lot 59 selling this Monday!

Integrating Duff Fair Wind’s unique look, shape and build into our program was a no brainer after seeing him in person, particularly on our Larkaba cow family.

Red Double B Whirlwind 506 is exactly what we hoped to generate. Big legged, big pinned, and big bellied with an incredible dark cherry haircoat and captivating presence.

He will lead off our red Angus yearling division on February 9th in Sedley! #DoubleB

The Larkaba cow family truly put us on the map, and we’re confident Larkaba 9010 will be a big part of our genetic arsenal in years to come.

Resolution 405, a 9010 son by the deceased Duff HD, offers the look, muscle, and build needed to impact a program, regardless of avenue.

Check out his maternal siblings and see what all the hype is about. Sells as Lot 38 on February 9th.

Without a doubt, the most consistent sire group we’ve ever had.

Red Watch 129 checked a lot off our bucket list when he was named the 2023 National Champion, multiple time Agribition Champion, and CN Beef Supreme Top 10 Finalist.

His progeny across the board have impressed us with their incredible body shape, stoutness, and ideal feet and leg structure. Numerous sons out of our top cow families sell February 9th!

An absolute unit.

Priscilla 305 will forever go down as one of the best to wear the BAX tattoo — a future donor we lost too soon.

However, her maternal brother has inherited all the power, ruggedness, and genetic potential needed to headline our offering in this year’s Pursuit of Excellence.
