This prep is one for the books. I got covid twice, working 2 jobs, father of 3, and I thought it would be a good idea to remodel my bathroom and kitchen ALONE!! That’s not even the half!!!

I did my whole prep alone for my second show and got 4th place 😁(wasn’t lean enough) So I reached out for some assistance and turned my Grind all the way up.4th place humbled me but it also brought the Ape out of me🦍.

My coaches seen something in me that I didn’t see in myself. @adrienne.holdenreset & @the_tinajohnson I can’t Thank you enough. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Both of you are Amazing thank you for all the help!

They say 3rd times the charm 😉. 1 year in and 3 shows later I’m officially a OCB Men’s Physique Pro. This is only the Beginning, my Pro Debut will be epic!!
