Every great civilization thought it was permanent. Egypt. Rome. The Mayans. They’re all gone.

America turned 250 this year. That’s worth celebrating, but it’s also worth asking what we’re going to do with the next 250. by @doug.devos

Last week I had the privilege of speaking at Acton University to a global audience who believes, as I do, that faith and free enterprise are the best formula for human flourishing. As America approaches its 250th birthday, I returned to a framework my father called Atmosphere, Attitude, and Action and why I believe it is as relevant today as ever. “As for Dad, he was a rock…. He was firm when he needed to be firm and supportive when we needed support. None of us would be who we are without Mom and Dad.” – Doug DeVos, Intro to Believe!, Chapter 9: The Family Happy Father’s Day from The Believe! Journal family to yours! by @doug.devos

A great event at @Amway World Headquarters last week as we celebrated America’s 250th anniversary. We reflected on President Ford’s legacy, a man who embodied principled leadership long before he ever reached the Oval Office. Grateful for the Veterans Network members who raised the flag, and for every Amway employee who showed up to celebrate this moment together. by @doug.devos

Grand Rapids was honored to host a pre-screening of Young Washington, a powerful film that brings to life the character and principles that helped shape our nation. A great reminder as we approach America’s 250th. I encourage you to see it when it opens in theaters July 3rd! by @doug.devos

What a week in Sardinia, Italy, for Amway’s Founders Council.

Grateful for the opportunity to spend time with leaders who have built extraordinary legacies and to see the next generation stepping forward with purpose.
