Mom

Hope your 1st year with Dad up there is going splendid. Please give him my love. Today is your day. I want to tell you how proud I am to be your son. I have done some good things since your passing. I can still do better and I intend to. This pic from when I was 5 weeks old says it all about the love you gave to your boys, Dad included. I am eternally grateful for your continued presence in my life. Gerri sends her love. I miss you Mom. I can’t believe it’s been over 15 years. Happy Mother’s Day I love you. Your son,

The people in this photo are the reason we climbed the mountain again in 2025. Thank you to all our clients — developers included — who trust us as their real estate advisors. Thank you to our colleagues for their support and trust, deal after deal.

In the end, trust is the most valuable part of every interaction. Through every transaction — from the routine (believe me, there’s more of that than UN-reality TV shows) to the thrilling and even the heartbreaking — we learn something new about ourselves. The journey can be grueling at times, but it’s what drives us to keep improving, to be kinder, and to stay focused on what truly matters: providing exceptional service.

If you need guidance with your real estate goals or simply want to brainstorm ideas, reach out to us. We’re always happy to help. by @dougbowen

So, this happened a few weeks ago and as usual we have been busy doing deals. Let me be clear about something to the consumer —self-promotion DOES NOT AN AGENT MAKE. Brokerage is a craft, and it is the dedication and time spent in becoming a true expert that separates good agents from great agents.

We are honored to be recognized again this year and for each of the 7 years since our team’s formation. Being in the top 1.5% of all agents nationwide does not come without a lot of help. This accomplishment would not have been possible without the support and trust of my amazing resale, rental and developer clients. A GINORMOUS thank you to our AMAZING team, our DE managers Shakira and John, Howard, Scott & DE Upper Management, Stephen and the PR Team, Susan and the DEDM Team. They are all invaluable partners and amazing leaders. We have so much to be grateful for and we have some great stuff in the pipeline. No one said it was all going to be red carpets and roses. Onward and forward. ☮️ by @dougbowen

Happy Birthday to this marvelous woman, who has kept it real for 36 years of us. Doing life with Gerri has been full. I would not be me without her. I would walk naked thru snow over spikes without a thought to rescue her. Thanks @jackmedic481 for throwing Gerri into my arms during Fezziwig’s dance. It’s been a fascinating and wonderful ride. Love you babe! by @dougbowen
