The Westerleigh Regatta gave the International 6-Metre fleet the perfect September send-off in English Bay and the tradition continues.

A spectacular sight of 9 boats on the line that included teams from @rvicyc and @mist.racing competing across the Classic, Intermediate, and Modern divisions. Weekend highlight and many thanks to Pro sailor @erikshampain delivering invaluable daily tactical debriefs to sharpen the fleet’s performance.

🙌🏽 Shoutout to the junior crew aboard Wildcat, racing against seasoned veterans to lock down 4th place. Awesome to see a new generation pushing the fleet’s standard even higher.

Day 1 Recap | Nine 6mRs lined up for a fantastic opening day of one-design racing. Race 1 saw Sting (Reigh North) take the win after a stretch to Third Beach in a northeasterly breeze. A short AP followed as the wind swung south before settling into a consistent westerly.
