Volunteering this morning with @amandacurtiswilson at the @btrliverpool Wirral 10k. Glorious morning for it. Our 1st time looking after the baggage drop. Really enjoyed it! #volunteering #wirral10k taken in New Brighton, Wirral, United Kingdom by @douglaskuhrt

A lovely afternoon at Black Lodge with friends, a quick Costco visit and then the Azvex Brewery Taproom for a Raspberry and Black current Smoothie sour. Very dangerous, yum! #azvexbrewing #craftbeer by @douglaskuhrt

Anyone fancy running the Wirral 10k next weekend for the HIVE. They have told me they'd be flexible with the fundraising as they want to have 10 people running. Thanks by @douglaskuhrt

A great few days in London and a Royden walk with Resi and Sid 🐶
My 1st parkrun since January because of injury, a friend of Amanda's birthday party (the real reason for our trip), having lunch with a great friend, beers by the canal and a visit to the new V&A East, with some fantastic exhibits and a great view of the mighty West Ham's ground, the London Stadium. Come on you Irons!! #parkrun #friends #V&AEast #westhamunited by @douglaskuhrt

Final volunteer shift done at Leeds Festival for @hotboxevents Thanks to the supervisors, the campsite managers and the other volunteers for a great week. The young uns certainly know how to make a mess! Fortunately we weren't litter picking but minding the entrances, helping put up and fix tents, in rain, overnight, finding camping spots and being there for support and information. The eyes and ears of the festival. #hotboxevents #leedsfestival #volunteering by @douglaskuhrt
