I have an insatiable desire to learn.
A few years ago, I set a goal to read one book a month. My ADD had other plans, so I listened to most of them on Audible. Yes, it counts.

A few favorites from the past year:
* Conscious Accomplishment: Success means less if it doesn’t make you more grounded, aware, and useful. Founders: read this @scottbrit

Awe: The best way to get out of your own head is to remember that life is bigger than you.

The Gap and the Gain: Stop measuring yourself against where you thought you’d be. Look at how far you’ve come.

Validation: People rarely need you to fix them first. They need to feel seen.
The Let Them Theory: Let people be who they are, then decide what you do with that.

Think Again: Being right is overrated. Growth starts when you question what you believe.

Be Useful: Take responsibility, do the work, and find a way to be useful.

Greenlights: Stop treating every setback like a stop sign. Sometimes it’s trying to teach you something.

Also, I know I need to read more fiction. But isn’t that what Netflix is for?

What have been some of your favorites?
