2026 is not over yet, I have not been outside much, but I have made a lot of music, dropped and gifted much of this year’s things here and there. Here are most of the ones I released this year as a reminder that you can get a lot done in your downtime and when no one is watching. Shutting out the online noise for longer periods in the next months with even more focus and looking forward to what can be achieved with that time. Thank you to the people who have supported and encouraged me, played these bits on your things and such. I really appreciate you and it makes my heart happy. 😊♥️ I suppose this is a summer dump post, because this is where I’ve mostly been. 🔒🤩💻🎹🔊 Back to the program ✌🏽💋 #phylissjaxson taken in Juke Bounce Werk by @downbydfault

On Saturday Oct 3, INCOGNITO proudly presents Ilian Tape founders, the Zenker Brothers from Germany. The @zenker_brothers are known the world over for dub techno with a breakbeat backbone. Over the last two decades, Ilian Tape has become one of the most respected labels in the underground, home to a genre-agnostic roster including Skee Mask, Stenny, Andrea, and Katatonic Silentio. They have been called by Resident Advisor as Munich’s top techno duo and have productions not only at their label, but at IMF, Tresor, The Trilogy Tapes, Esperanza and more. Dario & Marco Zenker move like shadows and smoke in a scene increasingly governed by speed and visibility. What they offer is something rare in modern club culture: a sense of time that expands, deepens, and refuses to collapse. This also represents a comeback as Dario Zenker last played for our dancefloor 15 years ago, specifically in 2011. Also on the bill will be @jukebouncewerk co-founder DJ Noir aka @downbydfault , as well as the outstanding @djoj____ and the talented @heartofgoldsounds Tickets at Link in bio or RA ra.co/promoters/274 Text “INCOGNITO” to 866-951-1919 for more information #iluvincognito #zenkerbrothers #techno #breaks #warehouserave taken in Downtown, Los Angeles by @downbydfault

GROOVY GROOVY NONSTOP • SAT AUGUST 15 – SUN AUGUST 16 SATURDAY NIGHT // 10 pm–12 am: KATA 12–2 am: Gavsborg 2–4 am: NVST 4–6 am: Lechuga Zafiro SUNDAY DAYTIME // 6–9 am: Akanbi 9 am–12 pm: Baalti 12–3 pm: DJ Noir b2b DJ SWISHA 3–9 pm: Mister Sunday: Eamon Harkin and Justin Carter Nowadays once again returns to @planetgroovy, as the celebrated party series heats up its sexy rhythmic melting pot for a full takeover at this week’s Nonstop. The night begins with KATA (@lakatafelix), a sonic adept whose wide range covers everything from syncopated percussion to soulful R&B merged with blissed-out drum n’ bass. Uncompromising Jamaican dancehall experimentalist @gavsborg covers the midnight hours in a cloud of ever-shifting rhythms, combining soundsystem sensibilities with hip-shaking traditions of world percussion. @nast_is_nvst emerges at the midnight hour, the Swiss DJ and producer crunching distorted bass drums underfoot with textural low-end steppers and dark, ethereal vocals. And in the wee hours of morning, @lechugazafiro conjures his distinctive brand of chaotic latin percussion, with beats that feel like they’re constructed from the scrap metal of a crashed alien spaceship. On Sunday, Groovy Groovy founder Akanbi (@frikaan_time) leads us in morning prayer, greeting the sun with his always-spiritual and unfiltered African groovescape. @baalti.mp3 keeps the room moving with high-energy club heaters, showcasing the trailblazing New York duo’s knack for infectious percussion and southeast asian pop fusions. We crash back down to Earth at maximum velocity as LA’s queen of juke DJ Noir (@downbydfault) joins forces with New York club staple @djswisha, blasting through with one final bout of booty-lifting, high-tempo turbulence. /// 🎟️ Tickets are available on Resident Advisor via the link in our Linktree. RSVP is available on RA for $10 entry before 11 pm and $15 entry before 12am Saturday night. taken in Nowadays by @downbydfault
