Happy Birthday to the best brother I could ever ask for. We have both changed and been through a lot but we will always be brothers. One has a MBA from Smythe University and the other lives in a van down by the river, but we both live the way our family raised us and try to do the best thing every day. . I'm proud of you, Nick. Thanks for being you. . @nickroh by @downhilltrucker
On higher ground in Sedona... . The floods have started to recede and now the cleanup begins. My friends and I are all safe but many homes are severely damaged and there are quite a few animals missing. Send some prayers for this marvelous place that we all love... . #sedonastrong #sedonaflood #visitsedona #starburst #sonyalpha by @downhilltrucker
If these streets could talk... . Don't believe anything they say about me and @cskandalis on Halloween weekend in '95... πŸ˜‚ . #fellspoint #baltimore #bmorecreatives #baltimorephotographer #halloween by @downhilltrucker
One of my favorite weddings of 2026... . Working with Alex and Juan was so fun and inspiring... Their love was sealed on top of Merry Go Round rock with family and loved ones and the clouds added a drama and softness to the photos that is one of a kind... Cloudy days are the best. Thanks for trusting me with your special day and I wish you all years of happiness! . #sedonaweddingphotographer #visitsedona #cloudlovers #sedonawedding #tietheknot by @downhilltrucker
Flowers can brighten a rainy day... . This is one of my favorites, the Mariposa Lily. Captured with some water after a long backpacking trip in an Idaho rainstorm. . #wildflowerwednesday #mariposalily #idahoexplored #sonyalpha #wildflowersofinstagram by @downhilltrucker
A place of peace... . I've been obsessed with Tuolumne Meadows since I read about it as a teenager. When I finally got to visit in my twenties this Riverbend was one of the places I got to see. Since then, I've been at this Riverbend hundreds of times, you may have seen it in past photos. . I've shot sunsets here, caught fish here, and mostly just taken peaceful walks absorbing the scenery and energy of this place. Once I stood near here face to face with a hawk in the meadow. Two summers ago I spent an hour chilling with a huge buck who was foraging on grass. The animals feel it too, you can see the peace in their eyes. . There is a sacred energy in these wild places that feeds and nourishes us. We often get caught up in modern life, looking for energy in all types of places. In reality, what we need is right here... There's a whole world in this Riverbend... . #tuolumnemeadows #energy #exploremore #findyourpark #prayforpeace by @downhilltrucker

Working with families is one of my favorites! I try to get all the traditional shots but mix in lots of fun and candid shots too! The warm tones and dramatic landscapes make Sedona one of the best places in the world for photographing people! . #visitsedona #sedonafamilyphotographer #familyphotography #sonyalpha #familyfun by @downhilltrucker

I've been reflecting on so many things lately... . Over the past few years I have grown so much in my ability to do what's right for myself and be of service to others. The path is often filled with obstacles but tough times build experience. Sitting back and reflecting on what I've learned, there is still more work to do, but I'm proud of where I am. . And I still love starbursts... πŸ˜‚ . #reflection #oregonexplored #sonyalpha #starburst #sunrisephotography by @downhilltrucker
