When i was a kid (pre teens) we used to visit my gran in The Milton every Sunday. I remember my uncle had this album and i loved it. Contrary to its title i thought it was the best album in the world. My uncle also told me he helped cut Yoko Ono out of a paper bag. He was a pretty far out guy but i thought he was so cool👍 by @downier01

Thanks for all the Birthday wishes folks. Much appreciated🤘Should be heading down to London for The Bunnymen at Regent’s Park but the old hernia op put a stop to that😂 However..on the mend and should be up and at it next week. Here’s a pic of my new Mogwai skip-love it. @mogwaiband by @downier01

Day 6 post hernia surgery. Managing a wee walk with the Maccster but as you can see by his expression it wasn’t enough.
Still not walking comfortably but getting there. Never thought it would be this sore😂💊 Stomach swelling also disappearing for the first time since October last year.
Cabin fever setting in but relieved in a way as the last year has been so up and down health wise. And also some good news that the fantastic Ronnie Carnwath will be playing my cover of “Our lips are sealed” on his Cobwebs and Strange radio show. Cheers Ronnie✌️Have a nice day folks👍 by @downier01

Day 2. Still wearing the ghastly anti clot stockings. Managed a very slow walk to the end of the path and enjoying some opiate induced sunshine in the garden wi the wee barra. Getting up from a lying/sitting position taking forever. The pain is always there but modern medicine and records taking the edge off…..better not get too happy on these things💊 Thanks to Fi n Em for taking care of me😂 by @downier01
