The 2nd generation Toyota Vios was chosen for one simple reason ; it’s ordinary. Known across Malaysia and Southeast Asia as the typical family “vege car”, the Vios was never seen as an aggressive or exciting platform. But beneath that image lies an underrated potential waiting to be explored.

This build takes that everyday identity and reinterprets it through Kanjo style, as a tribute and respect to the culture while giving a familiar Southeast Asian car a completely different character. More importantly, we hope it encourages the new generation to look beyond the usual performance cars and realise that even an ordinary car can have a story, attitude, and personality.

Feels like it’s been a while since we last saw them out together. Some frames are better left rare ,showing up too often takes away the feeling.

Some people build cars to earn recognition. Some build cars to prove a point. And some of us simply build them because, long before anyone cared about the badge, the scene had already become part of our lives.

Our 1999 fully built Proton Satria, MIVEC 4G93 swapped was never just a car to us. It represents passion, memories, time, and the satisfaction of creating something with our own taste.

No competition. No validation needed. Just machines, as they should be. Because of car culture and society back then, we met new families and new builts.
